The two story (G+1) building lies in muhaisinah second on (50,167) Sqm. (540,000) Sqft. Land in the middle of highly populated residential area as well, with total buildup area of (36,117) Sqm. (388,769) Sqft.

On one side, the ground floor of the cooperative is designed to have shops, cafes, fast food restaurants, vertical circulation elements (travelators, panoramic elevators) and the necessary services for the customers such as toilets and so forth.

On the other side, the first floor is designed to have restaurants, luxurious cafes and wider numbers of shops and department stores. The other services of the cooperative (refrigerators, chillers & stores) are located in this floor as well.

The concept design of the building:

It could be summarized in the main arcade area, which is overlooked by the huge area of the cooperative from one side. While the entrances/ exists, cafes, restaurants and shops form the other side. The arcade area is treated in away that achieve the required beauty through the type of flooring or false ceilings and it is considered the most important linking element between the floors of the building by using open areas of two-story height.

Elevations:

Elevations are totally dependant on the element of dazzle through using the magnificent treatments to the various entrances of the building, especially the main entrance, which characterizes by its distinguishing canopies, walls, and full open skylight that extends for long area inside the building over the main circulation element (travelator). Meanwhile, the beauty element strongly shown through marvelous mixture among the raw materials used in the construction and diversity of their nature ranging from modernity to traditional. The daze is strongly developed through the metal side elevation, which is designed to bring up both UCS logo and rest of shops logos in the center.
